Tom ellis

Tom Ellis is a leader in the tech and marketing industries, known for his expertise in scaling businesses and driving growth. As the Co-Founder of Swarm Agency, Tom led the company to become a leading provider of digital marketing and development services, which led to its acquisition by SCS and a subsequent sale to PopReach. He has also held prominent roles such as President of the Georgia CxO Forum and Board Chair of the Atlanta Interactive Marketing Association (AIMA).

As Co-Founder and CEO of one of Atlanta's largest privately-held agencies, and later as CRO for the parent agency post-acquisition, Tom successfully built and led teams across sales, account management, and finance functions for both Swarm and SCS. During his time at Swarm, he grew the company’s annual revenue to $6 million while maintaining an impressive 25% profit margin. At SCS, Tom further demonstrated his growth expertise by increasing combined revenue from $12 million to $19 million annually.

After the sale of Swarm to SCS, Tom, alongside Alexa Ellis, founded Ellis Financial with the goal of empowering other small businesses to reach new levels of success. They began this journey by partnering with Extreme Kartz, where Tom served as a strategic advisor on technology and sales strategies, helping the team achieve 100% revenue growth in just two years.

Tom also co-founded and funded Pythius Labs, which has over 197 patents pending in the AI sector, further showcasing his commitment to innovation. With extensive experience working with client, sales, and finance teams, Tom is highly skilled in crafting and implementing revenue growth strategies.

Tom attended Virginia Tech, where he studied computer science. Outside of work, Tom is an avid triathlete and a proud father to two boys.
